An AI front desk that answers from your own documents — and knows when to hand off.
Ask the assistant for Juniper Lane Dental anything a patient would: prices, insurance, opening hours, what to do with a knocked-out tooth. Every answer comes from the practice's 11 help pages and cites them. If the answer isn't there, it says so and passes you to a person.
- Find Your question becomes a 768-dimension embedding and is matched against 56 help-page sections in a Vectorize index.
- Check If nothing scores above the confidence threshold, the model is never called and you're handed to the front desk.
- Answer Llama 3.3 70B writes a short reply from only the matched passages, streamed word by word, with numbered citations.
- Protect Urgent phrases trigger a safety notice first, and each visitor is rate-limited so the demo stays free to run.

Limits of this public demo
It runs entirely on Cloudflare's free tier, so usage is capped to keep it free and available:
- 8 questions a minute and 25 a day per visitor.
- A shared daily AI budget. When it's used up, the assistant pauses until 00:00 UTC.
- Answers come only from the 11 help pages of a fictional practice, so anything outside them is handed off.
- Visitor IPs are stored only as one-way hashes, and only for the current day.
